After having played for 10 minutes, Erasmo Vermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Candelaria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Vermudo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Candelaria's goalkeeper Bernabe Mikelats, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Fidel Salvidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erasmo Vermudo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Dante Lizer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Los Bui3 Remama3's Dante Lizer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Vermudo in the 30th minute of play. When Ulises Llorienzo fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Bui3 Remama3's protests and gave Ulises Llorienzo a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 played minutes Los Bui3 Remama3 got a freekick which was hit by Ulises Llorienzo. Ulises Llorienzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Los Bui3 Remama3's Ulises Llorienzo got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fidel Salvidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Bernabe Mikelats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernabe Mikelats was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fidel Salvidor showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 45 minute of play.

After a rather tough play, Los Bui3 Remama3's Matias Ereinotz got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Candelaria's Ariel Rioja couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Los Bui3 Remama3. Eduardo Iruinea hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After 58 minutes, Ariel Rioja mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Candelaria and the Los Bui3 Remama3 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Candelaria! Ariel Rioja kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 70th match minute, Los Bui3 Remama3 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Mannie to maneuver through the defense. Ariel Rioja was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 71st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Dante Lizer stood somewhat misplaced when Erasmo Vermudo came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 73 minute. 81 minutes in the game, Erasmo Vermudo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dante Lizer having to interfere. If Edgardo Lawrence had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 played minutes, Candelaria's Ariel Rioja shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dante Lizer came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Candelaria reached it. Ulises Llorienzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Candelaria eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
