In the 19th minute Albino Egoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Bermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 22 minutes, Francisco Feliz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vipos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Feliz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Antonio Bastiaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Severiano Lazcano fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vipos FC's protests and gave Severiano Lazcano a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Marcel-Gsm booed when Vipos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Lazcano didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Casimiro Arnalt from long distance, 33 minutes into the match, got Nestor Bermudo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Vipos FC's Nestor Bermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Arnalt in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Marcel-Gsm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Lizbeth to maneuver through the defense.
