Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. With his leg Denílson Sanches managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Ulapes's Dario Otsoa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Denílson Sanches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Iturri, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Feliberto Rufo's late challenge caught a Los Teros's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Rufo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Ulapes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Rufo to maneuver through the defense. Ulapes's Justo Maura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Patrido in the 16th minute of play. Teofilo Isidor charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teofilo Isidor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Justo Maura didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teofilo Isidor went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Teofilo Isidor took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justo Maura. Justo Maura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Otsoa got free with Denílson Sanches in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, Ulapes's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Isidor came free, but Justo Maura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Ulapes defense, Mateo Gaizko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Justo Maura. The Ulapes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justo Maura should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teofilo Isidor was the one to do the kick off. Justino Iturri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denílson Sanches having to interfere. A collision led to Ulapes getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Roberto Argider hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Ulapes's goalkeeper Justo Maura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauro Patrido. When Teofilo Isidor came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Los Teros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Isidor couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, Feliberto Rufo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Los Teros's Teofilo Isidor got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Justino Iturri charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justino Iturri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ulapes getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. When the final whistle sounded Los Teros left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ulapes.
