Hilario Santo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Maximo Demario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Patapufete FC's zone, Baltasar Gil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Demario came out of the goal and Baltasar Gil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hilario Santo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Maximo Demario made a huge save. In the 12th minute Salvador Chayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximo Demario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hilario Santo in the 15th minute. After some careless play in the Huracan Malbec defense, Salvador Chayo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alberto Garaona. The Huracan Malbec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alberto Garaona should have stopped the shot. Hilario Santo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Maximo Demario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Quinton in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alberto Garaona prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximo Demario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar Gil, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Hilario Santo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 44th playminute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristian Quinton to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Cristian Quinton reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alberto Garaona. The goal made the score 2-2. Salvador Chayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Garaona having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Baltasar Gil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximo Demario was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Alberto Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Quinton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Quinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Conrado Chale kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Patapufete FC's Cristian Quinton ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alberto Garaona. Alberto Garaona yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. Hilario Santo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Maximo Demario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Salvador Chayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Huracan Malbec supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Patapufete FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Patapufete FC.
