Joaquin Jakue came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Churcal FC's Domingo Berbiz. But to his dismay, Domingo Berbiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 23 minutes into the game, Ermegildo Che was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Churcal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Catigas the free kick. In the 23rd match minute, Churcal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Che to maneuver through the defense. Gualterio Martxelin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Manni having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gualterio Martxelin got free with Basilio Manni in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Fulgencio Enaut managed to get in a good position for a shot. The wind increased when Benedicto Barea made the kick off in the second half. If Benedicto Barea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Jakue showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Cristofol in the 54th minute of the match. Club Catigas's Gustavo Orzaize couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Churcal FC. When Gualterio Martxelin came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Club Catigas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gualterio Martxelin couldn't finish the play. Domingo Berbiz charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domingo Berbiz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 74 played minutes Churcal FC got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Berbiz. Domingo Berbiz struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Joaquin Jakue didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Churcal FC. Benedicto Barea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Churcal FC's zone, Gualterio Martxelin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Manni came out of the goal and Gualterio Martxelin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fulgencio Enaut blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Jakue having to make a save. 87 minutes in the game, Carmelo Cristofol fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Joaquin Jakue having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Club Catigas's zone, Fulgencio Enaut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Jakue came out of the goal and Fulgencio Enaut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
