Spectators: 7215 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) Olmos City's Domingos Tiniebra started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Olmos City booed when Tumbaya FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Boniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Delmar Boniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximino Gonsalve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Baptiste von der Schulenburg, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. A collision led to Tumbaya FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Teofilo Marz hit a great ball. When Domingos Tiniebra came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Olmos City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingos Tiniebra couldn't finish the play. Maximino Gonsalve showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Tiniebra in the 13th minute of the match. The Olmos City fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Olmos City's Jean-Baptiste von der Schulenburg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 23 minutes, Jean-Baptiste von der Schulenburg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olmos City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jean-Baptiste von der Schulenburg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Olmos City's Jean-Baptiste von der Schulenburg got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Jean-Baptiste von der Schulenburg made a precise shot to the right of Maximino Gonsalve. Tumbaya FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Domingos Tiniebra took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximino Gonsalve. Maximino Gonsalve dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After the first half Olmos City were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leopoldo Perrando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Paulino Cordera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Maximino Gonsalve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacinto Joseph recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tumbaya FC's Maximino Gonsalve proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Tumbaya FC from getting a goal against them. Fabiano de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Joseph, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Marz in the 58th minute of play forced Olmos City's goalkeeper Fabiano de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingos Tiniebra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximino Gonsalve read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 61st minute, but Maximino Gonsalve got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Tumbaya FC hanging dry this time. If Domingos Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 67 in the game by Jean-Baptiste von der Schulenburg from a close distance when the talented Maximino Gonsalve managed to make a qualified save. Tumbaya FC's players were relieved. Domingos Tiniebra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Gonsalve having to interfere. 72 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Perrando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Fabiano de Azevedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Tumbaya FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Teofilo Marz hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the game, Amancio Che was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olmos City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tumbaya FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Olmos City's Amancio Che got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute of the match Arsenio Aires sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabiano de Azevedo skillfully saved the ball. After 86 played minutes Tumbaya FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Marz. Jean-Baptiste von der Schulenburg in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maximino Gonsalve, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Tiniebra in the 91st minute of play forced Tumbaya FC's goalkeeper Maximino Gonsalve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
