In the 6th minute, Anacleto Harri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 8 played minutes Antideportivo La Fatiga got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Hotz. Alfredo Romano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Iratze having to interfere. Alfonso Iratze made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Romano in the 16th minute. Ruperto Cordaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th match minute, A.S Primera Junta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Miro to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Eustaquio Hotz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antideportivo La Fatiga's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Hotz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Pereyra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ruperto Cordaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felipe Pereyra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruperto Cordaro ran back to his position shaking his head. Ruperto Cordaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eustaquio Hotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Pereyra having to interfere. Eustaquio Hotz struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Felipe Pereyra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Antideportivo La Fatiga. Ruperto Cordaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Felipe Pereyra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antideportivo La Fatiga's Ruperto Cordaro got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Hotz in the 47th minute of play forced A.S Primera Junta's goalkeeper Felipe Pereyra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafin Ulizes was the one to do the kick off. Eustaquio Hotz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felipe Pereyra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Alfredo Romano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Iratze having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, A.S Primera Junta's Serafin Ulizes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfonso Iratze made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Alfonso Iratze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Romano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute of the match Eriberto Abadie shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfonso Iratze showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Alfredo Romano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.S Primera Junta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Romano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
