Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Narciso Weterio took the kick off in the first half of the match. Narciso Weterio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Hendrix United getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Fabio Cordarius hit a great ball. Arnaldo Urko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilano Ciceron, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Artemio Prejun hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Weterio in the 15th minute of play forced Hendrix United's goalkeeper Ciro Galtero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Noe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Urko having to interfere. Atilano Ciceron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Urko having to interfere. Atilano Ciceron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saverio Oliviero scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciro Galtero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Arnaldo Urko successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ciro Galtero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Oliviero, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Hendrix United's Ciro Galtero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Romano in the 37th minute of play. Ciro Galtero came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Candelaria AFC's Artemio Prejun. But to his dismay, Artemio Prejun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Arnaldo Urko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilano Ciceron, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Candelaria AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ismael Mendebal to strike the kick off in the second half. Atilano Ciceron blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnaldo Urko having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Mendebal in the 53rd minute of play forced Candelaria AFC's goalkeeper Arnaldo Urko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilano Ciceron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute, Gerardo Gabrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the game, Hendrix United's Atilano Ciceron nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnaldo Urko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saverio Oliviero got free with Ciro Galtero in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ismael Mendebal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atilano Ciceron blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnaldo Urko having to make a save. In the 71st minute, Gerardo Gabrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 minutes Candelaria AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leonel Domeka who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Hendrix United's Silvano Inge to fire away a dangerous shot which Arnaldo Urko despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilano Ciceron in the 75th minute of play forced Candelaria AFC's goalkeeper Arnaldo Urko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Candelaria AFC defense, Ismael Mendebal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnaldo Urko. The Candelaria AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnaldo Urko should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute, Narciso Weterio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ciro Galtero. The goal made the score 2-3. The supporters of Candelaria AFC booed when Hendrix United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Ciceron didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Narciso Weterio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Candelaria AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hendrix United the free kick. After 93 played minutes Candelaria AFC got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Weterio. Ismael Mendebal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnaldo Urko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play.
