Narciso Dabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Videl having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pablo Chorache in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Videl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rafael Videl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Narciso Dabi went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Federal 's Narciso Dabi got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafael Videl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Chorache in the 20th minute of play. Rafael Videl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Chorache, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Narciso Dabi put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Rafael Videl. After 26 minutes, Claudio Nardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corralense FC and the Federal players grew even worse after the yellow card. 30 minutes into the match, Pablo Chorache notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Corralense FC's Rafael Videl. Rafael Videl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Gaudencio Nabar fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Federal 's protests and gave Gaudencio Nabar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Federal getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Gaudencio Nabar hit a great ball. Corralense FC's Rafael Videl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Dabi in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Corralense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Chorache came free, but Rafael Videl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pablo Chorache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pablo Chorache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Corralense FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Federal were winning 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pablo Chorache was the one to do the kick off. Pablo Chorache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Narciso Dabi came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Federal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Dabi couldn't finish the play. Narciso Dabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Videl having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Chorache in the 60th minute of play forced Corralense FC's goalkeeper Rafael Videl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Videl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Chorache in the 63rd minute of the match. During the 66th minute of the match Gaudencio Nabar completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gaudencio Nabar a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Rafael Videl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Narciso Dabi in the 71st minute. Narciso Dabi took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Videl. Rafael Videl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. If Narciso Dabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Videl was a little too slow when Narciso Dabi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-6. With a little luck, Corralense FC's Rafael Videl got control of the ball when Rodrigo Magdaleno tried to sneak it across the goal line. Narciso Dabi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Rafael Videl made a huge save. Federal 's Narciso Dabi got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Narciso Dabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
