Spectators: 6813 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) MoscardiFC's Fabricio Ekain started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Fabricio Ekain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, C.A.BOCA JUNIORS's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Timo came free, but Tadeo Suero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roman Timo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Tadeo Suero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeo Suero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Ekain, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Roman Timo managed to get in a good position for a shot. MoscardiFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Timo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeo Suero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of MoscardiFC booed when C.A.BOCA JUNIORS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Bihar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tadeo Suero came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by MoscardiFC's Fabricio Ekain. But to his dismay, Fabricio Ekain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Gaston Isidor kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. If Fabricio Ekain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabricio Ekain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 34 minutes, Octavio Lugo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.BOCA JUNIORS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavio Lugo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Ponc took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcos Lopez. MoscardiFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. MoscardiFC's Fabricio Ekain got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. MoscardiFC's Marcos Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Turi in the 45th minute of play. Generoso Turi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Lopez having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Generoso Turi took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Lopez. Marcos Lopez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. MoscardiFC's Marcos Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Lugo in the 59th minute of play. Feliciano Santio kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Tadeo Suero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabricio Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to MoscardiFC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Isidro Mino hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Generoso Turi in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Lopez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Octavio Lugo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Octavio Lugo in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Lopez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacobo Maldonado kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. C.A.BOCA JUNIORS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
