The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Naranjito FC booed when peloteros F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafino Reno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Telmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Pabla in the 6th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristo Luzea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gregorio Bela. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Cristo Luzea struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Gregorio Bela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Naranjito FC. 16 minutes into the game, Cristo Luzea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gregorio Bela. Cristo Luzea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 21st minute, Serafino Reno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Apolo Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Leonel Serapio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gregorio Bela. The goal made the score 4-0. Cristo Luzea struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Gregorio Bela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Naranjito FC. After a rather tough play, peloteros F.C's Emanuel Elixio got a free kick in the 38th minute. With a little luck, peloteros F.C's Gregorio Bela got control of the ball when Victor Montrel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Naranjito FC's Leonel Serapio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregorio Bela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Naranjito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Pabla came free, but Juan Telmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristo Luzea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Gregorio Bela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Cristo Luzea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Naranjito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristo Luzea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gregorio Bela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fernan Ortzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Bela having to interfere. If Gualterio Iratxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Apolo Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, Naranjito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Montrel to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Serafino Reno could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Juan Telmo however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Iratxo in the 72nd minute of play forced peloteros F.C's goalkeeper Gregorio Bela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Naranjito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Pabla came free, but Juan Telmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Telmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Pabla, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. peloteros F.C's Gregorio Bela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Luzea in the 80th minute of play. Fernan Ortzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute Nemesio Cordarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Telmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregorio Bela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Luzea in the 94th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Naranjito FC were the better team. Naranjito FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
