The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 32 minutes of play, Angostura FC's Julian Beltran made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Orland was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jakub Ciborek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Fortun in the 35th minute of play. Jakub Ciborek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Fortun in the 37th minute of the match. Geronimo Bermudez hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 41stth minute of the game Modesto Hotz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Angostura FC's Jakub Ciborek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Paulo Fortun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jakub Ciborek was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Angostura FC defense, Modesto Hotz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jakub Ciborek. The Angostura FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jakub Ciborek should have stopped the shot.

A collision led to Angostura FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Geronimo Bermudez hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, Angostura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Hotz came free, but Jakub Ciborek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Modesto Hotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carabelas FC's Cornelio Azeari shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 87th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jakub Ciborek but with some difficulty. The supporters of Carabelas FC booed when Angostura FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Bermudez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carabelas FC's Ildefonso Berriotxoa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 89th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jakub Ciborek but with some difficulty. 97 minutes into the match, Angostura FC's goalkeeper Jakub Ciborek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Fortun. The Angostura FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Carabelas FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Carabelas FC.
