Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Damian Malvin made the kick off which started today's match. With a little luck, Rosario Futbol Club's Eusebio Martino got control of the ball when Clemente Ferdinand tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cayetano Alvarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Martino having to interfere. Rosario Futbol Club's Eusebio Martino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Rosario Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. Clemente Ferdinand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Martino having to interfere. Benjamin Tonio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute Cayetano Alvarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Martino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruben Gaitan made a great header on Barrealito's corner, it was just that Rosario Futbol Club's Eusebio Martino managed to reach the ball for a save. Rosario Futbol Club's Eusebio Martino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Alvarez in the 34th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Clemente Ferdinand got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Alvarez in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eusebio Martino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Barrealito defense, Benjamin Tonio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aquilino Ondino. The Barrealito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquilino Ondino should have stopped the shot. Clemente Ferdinand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cayetano Alvarez made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rosario Futbol Club's goalkeeper Eusebio Martino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th match minute, Barrealito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Sein to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Clemente Ferdinand ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusebio Martino was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 64 minutes into the game, Barrealito's Clemente Ferdinand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eusebio Martino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Damian Malvin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Ondino having to interfere. After 72 minutes of play, Barrealito's Roberto Sein made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eusebio Martino was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rosario Futbol Club's goalkeeper Eusebio Martino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Clemente Ferdinand came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Barrealito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Ferdinand couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Rosario Futbol Club's zone, Roberto Sein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusebio Martino came out of the goal and Roberto Sein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cayetano Alvarez might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eusebio Martino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cayetano Alvarez ran back to his position shaking his head. Benjamin Tonio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Aquilino Ondino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Tonio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Ondino having to interfere.
