The excitement rose when Weedcelona FC's Everardo Savion after 18 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Rosario Futbol Club's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-1. If Baltasar Tolino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rosario Futbol Club's Eusebio Martino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Quico in the 24th minute of play.
