Tolojna AFC's Serafin Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Arce in the 3rd minute of play. Serafin Hernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Marko went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 7 minutes into the game, one of Tolojna AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. LEON FC's Rodolfo Inocente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Transito in the 18th minute of play. Serafin Hernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 played minutes LEON FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Raymond. After a defensive mix-up in LEON FC's zone, Teodosio Baudelio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Inocente came out of the goal and Teodosio Baudelio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Transito in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodolfo Inocente saved LEON FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, LEON FC's Santo Iliana got a free kick in the 32nd minute. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Leopoldo Transito put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Rodolfo Inocente. Tolojna AFC's Lino Gaizkine got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erubiel Azibar hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

In the 61st minute, LEON FC's Felipe Marko dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. After 68 played minutes LEON FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Raymond. In the 72nd minute Felipe Marko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Hernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tolojna AFC's Serafin Hernandez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Tolojna AFC from getting a goal against them. Serafin Hernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Arce in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute, Teofilo Arce made a precise shot to the right of Serafin Hernandez. Tolojna AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Teofilo Arce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Serafin Hernandez made a huge save. In the 89th match minute, Tolojna AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Gaizkine to maneuver through the defense. Serafin Hernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Marko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 99 minutes into the game, Teofilo Arce recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Serafin Hernandez. Teofilo Arce showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. LEON FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
