After a rather tough play, Altobillo FC's Melquiades Paulin got a free kick in the 19th minute. Leonel Abella received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Vinicio Erlantz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Santo Maraman came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Rats fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santo Maraman couldn't finish the play. After 30 played minutes Altobillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Ledesma. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Everardo Bide in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinicio Erlantz saved Altobillo FC from getting behind. Vinicio Erlantz made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Leonel Abella sent off a good shot on target. Altobillo FC's Vinicio Erlantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Bide in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to Altobillo FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Tobias Dodorol hit a great ball. Altobillo FC's Vinicio Erlantz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Altobillo FC from getting a goal against them.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Everardo Bide was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amancio Eate got free with Niceto Salvadore in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonel Abella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Alvaro Padro came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Rats fans jumped to their feet. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Tiadoro in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinicio Erlantz saved Altobillo FC from getting behind. In the 74th minute Leonel Abella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Altobillo FC's Vinicio Erlantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Abella in the 80th minute of play. If Leonel Abella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Eate in the 84th minute of play forced Rats's goalkeeper Niceto Salvadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Bide in the 86th minute of play forced Altobillo FC's goalkeeper Vinicio Erlantz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vinicio Erlantz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvaro Padro went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Leonel Abella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rats's Leonel Abella got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute Alvaro Padro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Rats were the better team. Rats's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
