In the 3rd minute Domingos Dimo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Olentzaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rusty Coldicutt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Huracan Canis Majoris's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Rusty Coldicutt scored to the left of an out of position Ubaldo Confesor, making the score, 1-0. In the 25th minute, Domingos Dimo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 37 played minutes Huracan Canis Majoris got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Bernebe. Ubaldo Confesor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Unai in the 38th minute of the match. When Rusty Coldicutt came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Bermejo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rusty Coldicutt couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Dimo in the 41st minute of play forced Bermejo's goalkeeper Christian Olentzaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Generoso Vasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domingos Dimo in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Olentzaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 47th minute, Generoso Vasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rusty Coldicutt was the one to do the kick off. Christian Olentzaro made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Generoso Vasco sent off a good shot on target. If Domingos Dimo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Bermejo booed when Huracan Canis Majoris was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Bernebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artemio Rico took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ubaldo Confesor. Huracan Canis Majoris's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Domingos Dimo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, Bermejo's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Dimo came free, but Christian Olentzaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rusty Coldicutt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ubaldo Confesor having to make a save. Roque Xacintu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Huracan Canis Majoris's Domingos Ixona shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 92nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Christian Olentzaro but with some difficulty. Generoso Vasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Olentzaro having to interfere. The Bermejo players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
