If Israel Sidro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Jax got free with Hipolito Umea in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hipolito Umea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Sidro in the 16th minute of the match. A well-hit corner resulted in Ivan Jax heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Isaac Jobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaac Jobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaac Jobo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomás Tximitx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Lucio Benino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ben-Hur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave River3 boca1 the free kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Israel Sidro to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Jax in the 53rd minute of play forced Ben-Hur's goalkeeper Hipolito Umea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Jax sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hipolito Umea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Sidro in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, River3 boca1's Ivan Jax sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hipolito Umea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ben-Hur's Lucio Benino got a free kick in the 59th minute. A collision led to River3 boca1 getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Ivan Jax hit a great ball. In the 67th minute Isaac Jobo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Tximitx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hipolito Umea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Sidro in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Sidro in the 71st minute of play forced Ben-Hur's goalkeeper Hipolito Umea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ben-Hur's Hipolito Umea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Jax in the 76th minute of play. If Israel Sidro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Inocencio Ferrer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomás Tximitx. River3 boca1's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inocencio Ferrer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Nel in the 86th minute of play forced Ben-Hur's goalkeeper Hipolito Umea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marciano Ezkerra's late challenge caught a River3 boca1's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marciano Ezkerra helped the player get up and apologised. After 87 played minutes Ben-Hur got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Ezkerra. Israel Sidro spun around in front of the goal 88 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Ben-Hur's goal. Marciano Ezkerra hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Ivan Jax managed to get in a good position for a shot. River3 boca1's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Jax was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hipolito Umea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Ben-Hur players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
