Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Everardo Claus made the kick off which started today's match. When Alvaro Padro came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Rats fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Padro couldn't finish the play. Santo Maraman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Israel Jerano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Abella in the 7th minute of play. If Leonel Abella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. El Cucu Team's Israel Jerano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Bide in the 12th minute of play. Israel Jerano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonel Abella went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Israel Jerano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Abella in the 17th minute of the match. Everardo Bide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Israel Jerano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Everardo Bide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to El Cucu Team getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Guillermo Jakes hit a great ball. The attack was good, but when Leonel Abella in the 33rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Israel Jerano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Padro, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Alvaro Padro took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Israel Jerano. Israel Jerano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After the first half Rats were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Everardo Bide to make the kick off. Everardo Bide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Jerano having to interfere. Israel Jerano acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 55th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Alfonso Argider. Israel Jerano was a little too slow when Alvaro Padro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 0-3. After 65 played minutes El Cucu Team got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Sengrat. Guillermo Jakes hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Alfonso Argider's late challenge caught a El Cucu Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfonso Argider helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Rats getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Alfonso Argider hit a great ball. Leonel Abella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of El Cucu Team booed when Rats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gogo Markel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Rats's goal looked a bit too open when Silvestre Mikolas came free, but Niceto Salvadore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Everardo Claus notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Rats's Niceto Salvadore. Niceto Salvadore was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 87 minutes, Everardo Bide managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rats's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everardo Bide was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Everardo Bide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Jerano having to interfere. The El Cucu Team fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rats were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
