One of Acevedo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Roversi:s goal. In the 29th minute there was a penalty for Roversi. Lino Florin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Prospero Estefan. 0-1. Iker Gonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Prospero Estefan came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Roversi's Natalio Matteo. But to his dismay, Natalio Matteo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 44 minutes into the game, Esteve Oihenarte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Acevedo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roversi the free kick. Roversi's Natalio Matteo got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Acevedo's goalkeeper Prospero Estefan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iker Gonzo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Domingos Loreto kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Prospero Estefan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iker Gonzo's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Prospero Estefan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Gonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iker Gonzo in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Prospero Estefan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 63rd minute Basilio Ciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Roversi's goalkeeper Damaso Cruz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Iker Gonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Estefan having to interfere. A wasted opportunity for Roversi. 87 minutes into the game, Roversi's Agustin Jurgi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Prospero Estefan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4.
