In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Tambería. Pascual Xabier stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Baldomero Weather. 1-1. After 23 played minutes Tambería got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Firmo. Clodoveo Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. If Justino Mogel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Mattin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingo Nicholas struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Baldomero Weather didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tambería. 39 minutes into the game, Primitivo Mattin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Baldomero Weather was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Domingo Nicholas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The NUEVA CHICAGO fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when NUEVA CHICAGO's Justino Mogel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 61st minute, Justino Mogel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Mogel in the 64th minute of play forced Tambería's goalkeeper Ruperto Emeterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ceferino Patxi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ruperto Emeterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justino Mogel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tambería's goalkeeper Ruperto Emeterio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Primitivo Mattin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Baldomero Weather made a huge save. 78 minutes into the match, Tambería's goal looked a bit too open when Ceferino Patxi came free, but Ruperto Emeterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Emeterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Patxi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Primitivo Mattin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 82 played minutes NUEVA CHICAGO got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Ritchie. Tambería were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after NUEVA CHICAGO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pascual Xabier took the corner. The corner led to Tambería's Ariel Jeraldo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Domingo Nicholas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baldomero Weather having to make a save. In the 93rd minute of the match, Domingo Nicholas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Baldomero Weather saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
