Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leonides Belo started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Colón de Santa Fe's goalkeeper Ramon Malvin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernando Min. When Lucas Vimaro fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mangrullo's protests and gave Lucas Vimaro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute of the match Aristides Ordono sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmar Espiridion skillfully saved the ball. Adan Carlomagno's late challenge caught a Mangrullo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adan Carlomagno helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mangrullo booed when Colón de Santa Fe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Carlomagno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colón de Santa Fe's Ramon Malvin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Colón de Santa Fe from getting a goal against them. In the 12th match minute, Mangrullo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Belo to maneuver through the defense. Cristobal Caitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mangrullo's Delmar Espiridion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Caitano in the 19th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Cristobal Caitano in the 20th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Delmar Espiridion stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristobal Caitano's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Mangrullo's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Salvino came free, but Delmar Espiridion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmar Espiridion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Salvino in the 25th minute of play. Leandro Cloyo kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Cristobal Caitano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmar Espiridion having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Colón de Santa Fe's Cristobal Caitano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delmar Espiridion made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ramon Malvin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Belo in the 33rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Salvino in the 37th minute of play forced Mangrullo's goalkeeper Delmar Espiridion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Delmar Espiridion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Arce in the 42nd minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristobal Caitano was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Mangrullo's Florencio Cresencio got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute Leonides Belo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Malvin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonides Belo in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramon Malvin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Cristobal Caitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 72 minutes into the match, Colón de Santa Fe's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Belo came free, but Ramon Malvin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramon Malvin came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Mangrullo's Leonides Belo. But to his dismay, Leonides Belo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, Mangrullo's Delmar Espiridion got control of the ball when Bonifacio Salvino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucas Vimaro was shown his second yellow card after 88 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 89 played minutes Mangrullo got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Vimaro. Colón de Santa Fe's Cristobal Caitano got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Colón de Santa Fe were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Mangrullo to leave the ground with a draw.
