The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ramon Malvin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Ugaitz in the 10th minute of play. Bernardino Urtun struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. A wasted opportunity for Barrialito. 12 minutes into the match, Barrialito's Americo Ugaitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramon Malvin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Americo Ugaitz in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramon Malvin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ramon Malvin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Ugaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Colón de Santa Fe's zone, Americo Ugaitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramon Malvin came out of the goal and Americo Ugaitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Bernardino Urtun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrialito's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Urtun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramon Malvin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rogelio Arce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 37th minute Americo Ugaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Malvin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santo Amato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Caitano in the 40th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Americo Ugaitz got free with Ramon Malvin in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, Colón de Santa Fe's goalkeeper Ramon Malvin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Americo Ugaitz. Americo Ugaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Malvin having to interfere. Bernardino Urtun struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Ramon Malvin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrialito. Abelardo Argenis kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Colón de Santa Fe's Rogelio Arce got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute, Cristobal Caitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Colón de Santa Fe's Ramon Malvin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Colón de Santa Fe from getting a goal against them. Bonifacio Salvino's late challenge caught a Barrialito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bonifacio Salvino helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Barrialito booed when Colón de Santa Fe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Salvino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Americo Ugaitz struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adan Carlomagno during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Adan Carlomagno kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Americo Ugaitz scored 0-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramon Malvin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Barrialito played a much better game than Colón de Santa Fe and deserved their victory. The Colón de Santa Fe players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
