Raimundo Ponce made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Astor Prejun's late challenge caught a Talacasto AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Astor Prejun helped the player get up and apologised. Astor Prejun kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. If Pascual Urki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfonso Luar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Bembe in the 21st minute of the match. 2-0 became the score in the 23rd minute when Rigoberto Tercero elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Pascual Urki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Luar having to interfere. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Rigoberto Tercero made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Cleto Bembe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alfonso Luar, 2-2. Raimundo Ponce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Tercero in the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Tercero in the 63rd minute of play forced Talacasto AFC's goalkeeper Raimundo Ponce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
