The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliseo Maule made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Tartalo in the 51st minute of play forced Tuyutí AFC's goalkeeper Martin Benat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Higinio Guter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Martin Benat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute of the match, Eliseo Maule tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hernan Dorio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Florencio Tartalo charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florencio Tartalo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Florencio Tartalo hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Hernan Dorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Maule in the 93rd minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
