An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Louis in the 3rd minute of play forced Pauleta FC's goalkeeper Alejandro Sayveon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th match minute, Pauleta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Garcia to maneuver through the defense. Urbano Haritzeder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteve Balesio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcial Garcia struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Urbano Haritzeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pauleta FC. The long shot by Esteve Balesio in the 13th minute really tested Urbano Haritzeder's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 18th minute, Norberto Ellande ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Urbano Haritzeder was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of Pauleta FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CA Leones:s goal. The referee gave CA Leones a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Anastasio Gaitano, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pauleta FC's Alejandro Sayveon. 1-1. Miguel Erramu charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Erramu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd match minute, CA Leones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Erramu to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th match minute, CA Leones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Gaizkine to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Erramu got free with Alejandro Sayveon in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of CA Leones booed when Pauleta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteve Balesio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Rodolfo Inocente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alejandro Sayveon came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by CA Leones's Rodolfo Inocente. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Inocente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Urbano Haritzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Ellande in the 69th minute of play. Miguel Erramu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Pauleta FC's Alejandro Sayveon got control of the ball when Miguel Erramu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alejandro Sayveon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Gaizkine in the 82nd minute of the match. After 86 played minutes CA Leones got a freekick which was hit by German Sabin. 88 minutes into the match, Pauleta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Gaizkine came free, but Alejandro Sayveon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pauleta FC's Alejandro Sayveon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Pauleta FC from getting a goal against them. Esteve Balesio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Haritzeder having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Miguel Erramu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alejandro Sayveon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CA Leones eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
