Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) TOMBA FC's Armando Aurken started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Erasmo Quirze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Bull's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Quirze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Red Bull's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Soter came free, but Ramiro Petrigai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erasmo Quirze received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Godofredo Veremundo came out and tried to block the shot, but Erasmo Quirze slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Erasmo Quirze dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Godofredo Veremundo, 2-0. Erasmo Quirze struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Godofredo Veremundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Bull. A collision led to Red Bull getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Isaac Matai hit a great ball. Ramiro Petrigai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Aurken, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Evaristo Azibar hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute of the match Cosme Paio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ramiro Petrigai showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Godofredo Veremundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Quirze, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A collision led to TOMBA FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Modesto Vito hit a great ball. Evaristo Azibar struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Godofredo Veremundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Bull. When Modesto Vito fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TOMBA FC's protests and gave Modesto Vito a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to TOMBA FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Modesto Vito hit a great ball. In the 35th minute Erasmo Quirze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godofredo Veremundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Erasmo Quirze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. During the 45th minute of the match Modesto Vito completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Modesto Vito a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 45 played minutes TOMBA FC got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Vito. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erasmo Quirze in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godofredo Veremundo saved TOMBA FC from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Erasmo Quirze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godofredo Veremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo Quirze in the 56th minute of the match. Ramiro Petrigai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodoro Cresencio in the 57th minute. After 63 played minutes, Red Bull's Victorino Vermudo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Godofredo Veremundo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Red Bull reached it. Godofredo Veremundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Azibar, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Erasmo Quirze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Erasmo Quirze came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Red Bull fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Quirze couldn't finish the play. If Teodoro Cresencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. TOMBA FC's Godofredo Veremundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Quirze in the 79th minute of play. Evaristo Azibar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godofredo Veremundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Azibar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramiro Petrigai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Cresencio in the 86th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erasmo Quirze in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godofredo Veremundo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victorino Vermudo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Godofredo Veremundo. TOMBA FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. There was no doubt that Red Bull were the better team. Red Bull's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
