When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sadettin Akalp made a kick off. Almagro's Octavio Iturri got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Diego Marado's zone, Octavio Iturri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Quin came out of the goal and Octavio Iturri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Octavio Iturri struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Saul Quin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Almagro. In the 71st minute, Sadettin Akalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Octavio Iturri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Quin having to interfere. Victoriano Pere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Diego Marado's goalkeeper Saul Quin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Almagro's Octavio Iturri got a free kick in the 79th minute. Teo Peru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Sagrario in the 80th minute of the match. Saul Quin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sadettin Akalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. If Walter-Adrián Samuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Vinicio Reyes was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 88 minutes had been played. Vinicio Reyes kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Almagro walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
