Spectators: 6766 (Terracing: 5100, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 13th minute, Ermegildo Jordy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Diego Marado's goalkeeper Saul Quin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paulino Sagrario kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Paulino Sagrario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Serafino Galeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Sagrario in the 28th minute of play forced Bernal F.C's goalkeeper Serafino Galeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafino Galeno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ermegildo Jordy in the 32nd minute. Ermegildo Jordy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulino Sagrario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafino Galeno having to interfere. Ermegildo Jordy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafino Galeno made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Ermegildo Jordy sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Diego Marado booed when Bernal F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Gergori didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Bernal F.C's Serafino Galeno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Sagrario in the 80th minute of play. After 83 played minutes Bernal F.C got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Gergori. If Paulino Sagrario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafino Galeno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Jordy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafino Galeno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Sagrario in the 87th minute of play. Paulino Sagrario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Serafino Galeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
