Severino Lon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Basilio Rubio having to make a save. Nereo Teyo struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Yücel Tunçkılıç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belgrano. With a little luck, Belgrano's Basilio Rubio got control of the ball when Kubat Ceyhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Capla's Yücel Tunçkılıç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nereo Teyo in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Capla's Kubat Ceyhan got a free kick in the 16th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severino Lon got free with Basilio Rubio in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kubat Ceyhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Basilio Rubio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Serafino Gaur fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belgrano's protests and gave Serafino Gaur a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 played minutes Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Serafino Gaur. Severino Lon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Basilio Rubio made a huge save. Severino Lon scored 1-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Rubio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 38 minutes into the game, Urbano Urtun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belgrano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capla the free kick. Yücel Tunçkılıç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Belgrano's goalkeeper Basilio Rubio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severino Lon. Basilio Rubio made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Severino Lon sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severino Lon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Selmo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Capla's zone, Haroldo Vargas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yücel Tunçkılıç came out of the goal and Haroldo Vargas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Francisco Havier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Basilio Rubio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yücel Tunçkılıç made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Nereo Teyo sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Severino Lon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capla's supporters rose to their feet, but Severino Lon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basilio Rubio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severino Lon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Basilio Rubio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Lon in the 76th minute of play. When Urbano Urtun was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. Basilio Rubio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Lon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basilio Rubio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kubat Ceyhan in the 81st minute of play. Severino Lon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Rubio having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Marcelinho Tande had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basilio Rubio. Belgrano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelinho Tande was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 89 minutes into the game, Severino Lon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Basilio Rubio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Basilio Rubio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Lon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severino Lon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Rubio having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Capla players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
