In the 11th match minute, Cuervo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Blasi to maneuver through the defense. Godfredo Cesaro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcos Admon. Cuervo FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 13th minute, Rawson's Gaspar Ciceron ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcos Admon. Marcos Admon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When Leo Nerio came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Cuervo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Nerio couldn't finish the play. David Ortle scored 2-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Admon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Rawson booed when Cuervo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Milan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute, Cristo Rius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Cuervo FC's Isaac Blasi got a free kick in the 36th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Rawson's Serafin Mambru tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ovidio Iraido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Guaberto Rutenio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rawson's goalkeeper Guaberto Rutenio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Danny Sparrow was the one to do the kick off. Danny Sparrow received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Guaberto Rutenio came out and tried to block the shot, but Danny Sparrow slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 52nd minute. Dominik Milan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Rutenio having to interfere. Cuervo FC's Ovidio Iraido got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Rawson's zone, Leo Nerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Rutenio came out of the goal and Leo Nerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guaberto Rutenio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Nerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ovidio Iraido fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cuervo FC's protests and gave Ovidio Iraido a yellow card for diving instead. 77 minutes into the match, Cuervo FC's goal looked a bit too open when David Ortle came free, but Marcos Admon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cuervo FC's Marcos Admon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Ciceron in the 78th minute of play. With 84 minutes on the clock, Leo Nerio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 85 played minutes Cuervo FC got a freekick which was hit by Leo Nerio. Serafin Mambru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guaberto Rutenio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 90th minute, which inside left pole to 2-3. In the 93rd minute, Cuervo FC's Danny Sparrow ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guaberto Rutenio. Guaberto Rutenio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4.
