Spectators: 7150 (Terracing: 5411, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 80) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Juan Orozco kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolfo Argoitz during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Lions Xion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Argoitz to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute of the match Samuel Indartsu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 任铮昆 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 7th match minute, Lions Xion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Argoitz to maneuver through the defense. 任铮昆 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiberto Criston in the 10th minute of play. 任铮昆 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicasio Etxeberri in the 15th minute. Lions Xion's 任铮昆 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Lions Xion from getting a goal against them. Nicasio Etxeberri in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 任铮昆, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Juan Orozco came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Lions Xion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Orozco couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute of the match Simon Acuña sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernando Geofredo skillfully saved the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Lions Xion's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Criston came free, but 任铮昆 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adolfo Argoitz got his second yellow card in the match during the 34th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Lions Xion getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Adolfo Argoitz hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Cangrejilla FC's Claudio Garaona got a free kick in the 36th minute. Leopoldo Chan took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Geofredo. Fernando Geofredo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 42 minutes into the game, Haroldo Pacho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lions Xion's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cangrejilla FC the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Haroldo Pacho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Criston in the 44th minute of play forced Lions Xion's goalkeeper 任铮昆 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Lions Xion's 任铮昆 got control of the ball when Nicasio Etxeberri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lions Xion's 任铮昆 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Criston in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Lions Xion were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filiberto Criston to make the kick off. Lions Xion's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 53rd minute of the game, when Leopoldo Chan after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Cangrejilla FC's goal. Leopoldo Chan was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Leopoldo Chan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Geofredo having to interfere. 任铮昆 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicasio Etxeberri's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Leopoldo Chan charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leopoldo Chan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leopoldo Chan kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 任铮昆 came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Cangrejilla FC's Nicasio Etxeberri. But to his dismay, Nicasio Etxeberri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Juan Orozco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Fernando Geofredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 82 minutes, Leopoldo Chan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lions Xion's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Chan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leopoldo Chan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Geofredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Juan Orozco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Fernando Geofredo made a huge save. In the 91st minute Lions Xion were awarded a corner. Simon Acuña went to the cornerflag to take it. Lions Xion were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Cangrejilla FC to leave the ground with a draw.
