Filomeno Polentzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ivan Urbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Polentzi in the 12th minute of play. Antagonistas Futbol Club's Ivan Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Sidro in the 13th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nunez Cibran during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Antagonistas Futbol Club getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Nunez Cibran hit a great ball. Cristian Gaspard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Lizardi in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Polentzi in the 20th minute of play forced Antagonistas Futbol Club's goalkeeper Ivan Urbasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filomeno Polentzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Urbasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filomeno Polentzi ran back to his position shaking his head. Fernando Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Cristian Gaspard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 43 played minutes Antagonistas Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Cibran. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diego Lizardi to strike the kick off in the second half. Ivan Urbasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Sidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Nunez Cibran got his second yellow card in the match during the 55th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 56th match minute, Antagonistas Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Cibran to maneuver through the defense. Filomeno Polentzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ivan Urbasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee ignored Antagonistas Futbol Club's protests and gave Diego Lizardi a yellow card for diving instead. Diego Lizardi kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. IRON RACING's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filomeno Polentzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. IRON RACING were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
