When Curacó's Miguel Donzel in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Embarcación FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Wilfredo Jurgi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Embarcación FC's Cosme Cesaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Jurgi in the 19th minute of play. Miguel Donzel struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Cosme Cesaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curacó. Silvio Ekaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Donzel in the 26th minute of play forced Embarcación FC's goalkeeper Cosme Cesaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Donzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Silvio Ekaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Donzel in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cosme Cesaro saved Embarcación FC from getting behind. In the 39th minute, Wilfredo Jurgi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cosme Cesaro came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Curacó's Miguel Donzel. But to his dismay, Miguel Donzel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 44th minute, Miguel Donzel made a precise shot to the right of Cosme Cesaro. Embarcación FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fausto Indalecio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Embarcación FC defense, Silvio Ekaitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cosme Cesaro. The Embarcación FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cosme Cesaro should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Embarcación FC's goalkeeper Cosme Cesaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Guillermo Demario kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Miguel Donzel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Cosme Cesaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Miguel Donzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. Embarcación FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curacó the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Embarcación FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! In the 88th minute there was a penalty for Curacó. Silvio Ekaitz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cosme Cesaro. 0-5. In the 92nd minute, Miguel Donzel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cosme Cesaro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 97thth minute of the game Miguel Donzel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Embarcación FC's Cosme Cesaro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Curacó's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
