Matadores F C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pablo Tuste was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The audience was convinced that Justino Opilano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celedonio Bixintxo was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Celestino Cesaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evaristo Mikelar was relentless in the 98th minute of the game. Matadores F C played a much better game than Deportivo Carlos Bilardo and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Carlos Bilardo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
