Zacarias Dorios short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Alejo Poncio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leandro Bertin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Zacarias Dorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Celipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eusebio Boni was the one to do the kick off. Eusebio Boni was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 53rd minute. Chancay's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Chancay's Leandro Bertin got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leandro Bertin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd match minute, Chancay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimeno Ourente to maneuver through the defense. After 64 played minutes, Bulo FC's Aurelio Fertus shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alejo Poncio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bulo FC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Celipe in the 66th minute of play forced Chancay's goalkeeper Alejo Poncio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Zacarias Dorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Bertin got free with Francisco Aureo in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the match, Chancay's Eusebio Boni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francisco Aureo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Marciano Hori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusebio Boni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute, Zacarias Dorio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bulo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0.
