Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aquilino Cordarrol took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Gowlan FC's Fermin Raymon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amado Orzaize narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 7th minute, Clemente Lizer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Clemente Lizer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the game, Aquilino Cordarrol lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Bernardino Oliverio. After a rather tough play, Gowlan FC's Efrain Cresenciano got a free kick in the 19th minute. Justino Rodas, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Aquilino Cordarrol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Bernardino Oliverio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gowlan FC's Bernardino Oliverio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Cordarrol in the 29th minute of play. Efrain Cresenciano charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efrain Cresenciano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Efrain Cresenciano hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After 34 minutes, Justino Rodas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CARTABON F.C. and the Gowlan FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd minute, one of CARTABON F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CARTABON F.C.. In the 40th minute Benito Sindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Oliverio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardino Oliverio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clemente Lizer in the 43rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aquilino Cordarrol in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardino Oliverio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leopoldo Errapel made a kick off. CARTABON F.C.'s Amado Orzaize proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save CARTABON F.C. from getting a goal against them. Hipolito Sidro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Orzaize having to interfere. Leopoldo Errapel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Clemente Lizer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardino Oliverio was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in CARTABON F.C.'s zone, Leopoldo Errapel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amado Orzaize came out of the goal and Leopoldo Errapel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amado Orzaize took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Errapel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the game, Gowlan FC's Hipolito Sidro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amado Orzaize made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Amado Orzaize showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Errapel in the 80th minute of the match. Gowlan FC's Leopoldo Errapel got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Aquilino Cordarrol fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CARTABON F.C.'s protests and gave Aquilino Cordarrol a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to CARTABON F.C. getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Aquilino Cordarrol hit a great ball. The Gowlan FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
