After 16 played minutes RC Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Gaitan. A collision led to RC Futbol getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Teo Caradaro hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcial Celio in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfonso Handi saved RC Futbol from getting behind. Argento Team's Marciano Vincente got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. During the 27th minute of the match Teo Caradaro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Teo Caradaro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Argento Team booed when RC Futbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Caradaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Nestor Maule in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by RC Futbol's Astor Nevada. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arsenio Jerano during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victoriano Enol made a kick off. Marciano Vincente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfonso Handi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Alfonso Handi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argento Team. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Marcial Celio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argento Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Celio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Handi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfonso Handi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Celio in the 71st minute of play. After 72 minutes of play, Argento Team's Marciano Vincente made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfonso Handi was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 78 minutes, Marcial Celio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argento Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Celio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maximo Froylan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfonso Handi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Marciano Vincente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
