When Va el Tercero's Arnaldo Cesaro in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Arnaldo Cesaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgardo Manex was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Leon Francis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Va el Tercero's supporters rose to their feet, but Leon Francis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Manex breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute, Arnaldo Cesaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niceto Iban was the one to do the kick off. Edgardo Manex was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arnaldo Cesaro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 90 minute of play.
