Spectators: 6653 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marco Barea started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Camilo Beltxe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Concepción's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Beltxe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Medina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Camilo Beltxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the game, Aaron Mincho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erasmo Medina. Aaron Mincho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Concepción's Aaron Mincho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erasmo Medina narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Concepción's Braulio Olando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Cresencio in the 15th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Concepción's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Barea came free, but Braulio Olando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 played minutes Camilo Beltxe rounded Santa Clara's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Marco Barea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Olando having to interfere. Santa Clara's Erasmo Medina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Santa Clara from getting a goal against them. 35 minutes into the game, Aaron Mincho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Erasmo Medina was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aaron Mincho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Barea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Braulio Olando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camilo Beltxe to make the kick off. Braulio Olando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Barea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Braulio Olando was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Marco Barea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marco Barea really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. When Eulalio Cresencio came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Santa Clara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Cresencio couldn't finish the play. If Camilo Beltxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Concepción's Braulio Olando got control of the ball when Eulalio Cresencio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Braulio Olando made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Eulalio Cresencio sent off a good shot on target. Braulio Olando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Barea in the 69th minute of play. Santa Clara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eulalio Cresencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
