In the 19th minute Aaron Silviano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafino Argi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Iguana FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serafino Argi should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Colmena's Serafino Argi threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aaron Silviano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Colmena's Cayetano Edur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Giro in the 34th minute of play. Iguana FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Aaron Silviano scored to the left of an out of position Serafino Argi, making the score, 2-0. Aquilino Giro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Cayetano Edur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aquilino Giro in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cayetano Edur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Arturo Firman came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Iguana FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arturo Firman couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aaron Silviano was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Iguana FC's Cayetano Edur threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arturo Firman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cayetano Edur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Firman in the 55th minute of play. Cayetano Edur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aquilino Giro in the 56th minute. Serafino Argi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Silviano in the 59th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Colmena's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Firman came free, but Cayetano Edur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colmena's Cayetano Edur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Colmena from getting a goal against them. Iguana FC's Serafino Argi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Mateo in the 73rd minute of play. Cayetano Edur made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Aquilino Giro sent off a good shot on target. If Aaron Silviano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. In the 87th match minute, Iguana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Chan to maneuver through the defense.
