Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilfredo Ospetsu in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Raitin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilfredo Ospetsu's late challenge caught a Club United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilfredo Ospetsu helped the player get up and apologised. Wilfredo Ospetsu hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Cayetano Elequemedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Lucero in the 13th minute of the match. Gabriel Raitin came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Amapola AFC's Wilfredo Ospetsu. But to his dismay, Wilfredo Ospetsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 18 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Ospetsu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gabriel Raitin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Club United's zone, Oscar Dimas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Raitin came out of the goal and Oscar Dimas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gabriel Raitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Ospetsu in the 25th minute of play. Feliberto Clementi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 28th playminute. 31 minutes into the game, Gerardo Arlo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amapola AFC the free kick. After 31 played minutes Club United got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Arlo. Gabriel Raitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Dimas in the 32nd minute of play. Gabriel Raitin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Ospetsu's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Oscar Dimas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Gabriel Raitin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Cayetano Elequemedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Lucero in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Club United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Oscar Dimas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 58th minute Gerardo Arlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Elequemedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Norberto Selmo notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Amapola AFC's Cayetano Elequemedo. Cayetano Elequemedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A hard shot 64 in the game by Oscar Dimas from a close distance when the talented Gabriel Raitin managed to make a qualified save. Club United's players were relieved. Gabriel Raitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Ospetsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Club United's goalkeeper Gabriel Raitin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Dimas. Cayetano Elequemedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Arlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Clementi in the 77th minute of play forced Amapola AFC's goalkeeper Cayetano Elequemedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Club United booed when Amapola AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Virila didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 83 played minutes Club United got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Lucero. Wilfredo Ospetsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Jonatan Virila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute Feliberto Clementi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Elequemedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
