When Vinicio Ereinotz came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Margal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinicio Ereinotz couldn't finish the play. When Silvestre Salvidor fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bustamente's protests and gave Silvestre Salvidor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, Bustamente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Salvidor to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Vinicio Ereinotz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Margal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinicio Ereinotz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hilario Abaurre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severo Bautista stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Margal FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Cornelio Pero hit a great ball. The attack was good, but when Eulalio Bonifaco in the 56th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 60th minute, Bustamente's Arnoldo Eron ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julian Abilio. Julian Abilio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Gaspar Teofilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eulalio Bonifaco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Julian Abilio made a huge save. Silvestre Salvidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Abilio having to interfere. Julian Abilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Teofilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Margal FC's Julian Abilio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Margal FC from getting a goal against them. Eulalio Bonifaco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Julian Abilio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gaspar Teofilio helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Bustamente defense, Severo Bautista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hilario Abaurre. The Bustamente fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hilario Abaurre should have stopped the shot. In the 95th minute, Cornelio Pero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Bustamente defense, Vinicio Ereinotz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hilario Abaurre. The Bustamente fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hilario Abaurre should have stopped the shot. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
