Mangoré's Severino Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Ferrando in the 10th minute of play. If Laureano Onofre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute Clodoveo Ferrando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Quirze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Quebracho FC's Cesar Serafo got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Cesar Serafo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Sportivo Quebracho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Frasquito came free, but Francisco Tanio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Eriz hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. When Clodoveo Ferrando came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Sportivo Quebracho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clodoveo Ferrando couldn't finish the play. Eriberto Gilesindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Severino Quirze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Tanio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laureano Onofre in the 48th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laureano Onofre couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Mangoré's zone, Eriberto Gilesindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Quirze came out of the goal and Eriberto Gilesindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the match, Sportivo Quebracho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Onofre came free, but Francisco Tanio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clodoveo Ferrando who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Severino Quirze when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 89 minutes into the match, Mangoré's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Gilesindo came free, but Severino Quirze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carolo Xabier during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
