Freddy Raebert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Augusto Petri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Azcurra AFC booed when MV FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Paublo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Azcurra AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Cibran came free, but Augusto Petri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Guib kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Eugenio Birila hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes Azcurra AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Nevada. 62 minutes into the match, MV FC's Freddy Raebert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Augusto Petri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Augusto Petri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Kaxen in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute Candido Selatse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Fagondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
