Severino Dalmaus short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Francisco Tanio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Salvador Eladio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Ferrando, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. If Clodoveo Ferrando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, PROvincianos FC's Arnulfo Tohias got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute Eriberto Gilesindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Eladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salvador Eladio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Ferrando in the 22nd minute of the match. Francisco Tanio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Artaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Severino Dalmau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eriberto Gilesindo to make the kick off.
