Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) PROvincianos FC's Severino Dalmau started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Evelio Artaldo came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the PROvincianos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evelio Artaldo couldn't finish the play. Mariano Lizardi was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 7 minutes into the match. In the 7th match minute, MV FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Lizardi to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Ariel Otsoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Freddy Raebert managed to get in a good position for a shot. MV FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Raebert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salvador Eladio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. MV FC's Gustavo Fagondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Dalmau in the 13th minute of play. Severino Dalmau who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Gustavo Fagondo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Salvador Eladio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Raebert in the 18th minute of play. Arnulfo Tohias struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Gustavo Fagondo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PROvincianos FC. Severino Dalmau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Gustavo Fagondo made a huge save. PROvincianos FC's Severino Dalmau got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Salvador Eladio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Raebert in the 30th minute of the match. Arnulfo Tohias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Fagondo having to interfere. A collision led to PROvincianos FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ariel Otsoa hit a great ball. A collision led to MV FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Osvaldo Bixintxo hit a great ball. 40 minutes in the game Basilio Giraldo after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Gustavo Fagondo. A very good opportunity. When Paulino Frutos came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the PROvincianos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulino Frutos couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute Freddy Raebert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Eladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind MV FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Fagondo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Arnulfo Tohias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustavo Fagondo having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Arnulfo Tohias managed to get in a good position for a shot. PROvincianos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulfo Tohias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The PROvincianos FC fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when PROvincianos FC's Paulino Frutos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Paulino Frutos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Gustavo Fagondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MV FC's Gustavo Fagondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Tohias in the 85th minute of play. Ciro Henry hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that PROvincianos FC were the better team. PROvincianos FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
