In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind PROvincianos FC's goalkeeper Salvador Eladio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 6 minutes into the match, Ariel Otsoa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Liga Aves de Bernal's Marcial Cristos. Marcial Cristos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 10th match minute, Liga Aves de Bernal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Clis to maneuver through the defense. Basilio Giraldo's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Marcial Cristos - 0-2 was put on the score board in the 11th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Teodoro Ibar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PROvincianos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liga Aves de Bernal the free kick. Teodoro Ibar hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Rigoberto Diaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liga Aves de Bernal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Diaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Liga Aves de Bernal's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Dalmau came free, but Marcial Cristos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnulfo Tohias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 21 minutes, Severino Dalmau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PROvincianos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severino Dalmau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcial Cristos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severino Dalmau's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Severino Dalmau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liga Aves de Bernal's Marcial Cristos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Arnulfo Tohias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Dalmau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Marcial Cristos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Liga Aves de Bernal's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Frutos came free, but Marcial Cristos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rigoberto Diaz was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Teodoro Ibar managed to get in a good position for a shot. PROvincianos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Ibar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcial Cristos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Severino Dalmau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcial Cristos was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severino Dalmau got free with Marcial Cristos in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Severino Dalmau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcial Cristos was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Paulino Frutos was extremely unlucky when he, in the 62nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Liga Aves de Bernal's Marcial Cristos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Artaldo in the 66th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Severino Dalmau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcial Cristos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Basilio Giraldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Marcial Cristos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Basilio Giraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Liga Aves de Bernal's Marcial Cristos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Liga Aves de Bernal from getting a goal against them. Marcial Cristos was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Severino Dalmau capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Severino Dalmau really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Severino Dalmau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Marcial Cristos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Marcial Cristos managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when PROvincianos FC's Severino Dalmau fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 90 minutes of play, PROvincianos FC's Arnulfo Tohias made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcial Cristos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnulfo Tohias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Marcial Cristos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodoro Ibar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th minute, Teodoro Ibar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded PROvincianos FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Liga Aves de Bernal.
