David Salomone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Dolfo having to interfere. The supporters of Huasapampa booed when El Carmencito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Eli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás Dolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Demesio in the 30th minute of the match. David Maore kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. The excitement rose when Huasapampa's Serafin Reyes after 42 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for El Carmencito's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 0-3.

After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Efrain Rexino managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Carmencito's supporters rose to their feet, but Efrain Rexino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaston Umbruso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Huasapampa's Victorio Derwin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomás Dolfo. That made the score 0-4 after 64 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Huasapampa's zone, David Maore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaston Umbruso came out of the goal and David Maore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. El Carmencito's Tomás Dolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Derwin in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute Efrain Rexino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Umbruso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When El Carmencito's Efrain Rexino in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
