If Marcelino Cordarrol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godofredo Ibon hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Marcelino Cordarrol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Manuel Osoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Osoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Costante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Uhin's late challenge caught a FC Pérez's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Uhin helped the player get up and apologised. After 83 played minutes, FC Pérez's Clemente Ovando shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Manuel Osoro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Pérez reached it. Mar Muerto F.C.'s Manuel Osoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Cordarrol in the 85th minute of play. After some careless play in the Mar Muerto F.C. defense, Marcelino Cordarrol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Osoro. The Mar Muerto F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Osoro should have stopped the shot.
